Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, work already performed, digital access already supplied, and applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled using the available controls in My Account. Cancellation timing and continued access depend on the payment provider and the paid billing period.

Digital downloads and licences

For immediately supplied digital content, the checkout records the customer request for immediate delivery. Any statutory rights that apply to the transaction remain unaffected.

Custom services

For custom development or marketing work, amounts covering work already completed or committed third-party costs may be non-refundable where permitted. Any project-specific terms in an accepted proposal also apply.
