Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and use of WebEire digital services, websites, plugins, software tools, downloads and licences. Product-specific scope, price, billing interval and licence limits shown at checkout form part of the purchase.

Accounts and access

Customers are responsible for keeping account and licence credentials secure. Licence activations may be limited by the product terms and may be suspended where a subscription expires, payment remains unpaid after any stated grace period, a payment is reversed, or the licence is otherwise invalid.

Subscriptions

Recurring products continue according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Available subscription controls are provided in My Account and, for Stripe purchases, through the Stripe billing portal.

Digital delivery

Where a customer expressly requests immediate supply of downloadable digital content or licence access, fulfilment may begin as soon as payment is confirmed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Services

Custom project scope, milestones, dependencies and deliverables may also be governed by an accepted quotation, proposal or statement of work.
